smbaker1313:  Not at all. In order to spur economic growth it is best to give tax cuts to the poor. They will spend it all which enlarges the econmy. Giving tax cuts to the rich does not do this.

Mr. Know it All:  It's election year and he doesn't want to lose his senate majority. Noble really as they usually save this large expenditure to get themselves out of hot water.
