I am looking for a good accounting software that will do payroll and everything.

virtualyfunny:  Quickbooks is a good software for small businesses, we have a floral business and we do our payroll, financial statements, invoice, etc. with it.

Nichinator:  Quickbooks is the way to go. If you plan on using an accountant for taxes, it's easiest to be on the same software.

T-Bone DeRage:  Aye, I have to agree with everyone else. Quickbooks is the defacto standard for small business accounting these days, and most accountancies accept QB's database too. Good Luck
