How do I add a signature onto outgoing e-mails using yahoo small business?
I can't figure out how to add a signature onto any outgoing emails while signed into my small business account! HELP ME! it'd be much easier than re-signing it every time...

shotsie: The item you are looking for is under "Options". It is in the upper right of your yahoo in-box. Click on that first. Then when the options page opens, scroll down to and click on "Signatures".
In this box, you can create a signature that will be on all of your outgoing mail and you have a toolbar from which you can choose more options. When you are finished, be sure to click "Add Signature" and "Save".

On the Mail Options page, click the "Signature" link in the left Personalization column. Type your signature in the text box and click the "Save" button. Include whatever you like, but remember, it will be appended to your outgoing messages. An example of a signature: Joe Smith Manager XYZ Corporation (123) 456-7890 "You break it, we fix it." Have your signature attached to every message you send by checking the box next to "Add signature to all outgoing messages" below the signature field. Your other option is to include your signature with only those messages you choose by selecting "Add Signature" on your Compose screen.
