charlotte q: Bookeepers do not do this. You need a Certified Public Accountant. Rates will vary. You should be able to find one that is reasonable. many CPA's work out of their homes at really good rates. look for one of these wise people!

Mark S: You don't need a CPA to prepare a corporate tax return. You need a person that is trained in income taxes. A CPA is only needed to certify and audit financial statements. Many CPAs don't even do tax returns. You wouldn't use a bookkeeper to do this either unless he were a trained tax preparer.
