I am having trouble figuring out how to add expenses (ie gas) to a job so I can track all job related expenses. I have my customer, then my job #. How do I enter expenses? Is there a better accounting program I could use maybe?

fliege52000:  I never used this program, but I made it Accounting manually by my school over year. You got many different accounts, and your expenses and your customer etc. etc. They all having accounts and this is what are you typing on it every single day or every second day. Normally it's easy on the computer with accounting program. So how you enter your expenses, just open your page and put the $ in your account. The same with your customer. If you are having problem, look over the program again, this will be not so hard to practice and learn. Accounting is like when you are receiving your bank account statements: - or +.
