Am setting up a new company. How can a TAX LAWYER help my company?
My friend advised me that because my company is involved in huge importation, a tax lawyer can help me lower down the cost of taxes that I pay. Is this true? How can a TAX LAWYER help my company? If it is feasible, then I might get the services of a tax lawyer on a retainer's basis.

taxxcpa: He could help you decide whether to operate as a sole proprietor, a corporation or as an LLC. He could prepare the documents needed to establish the business and obtain any licenses needed. If you can find a lawyer who is also a CPA, that would be best.
