Isabella: lol it's been a semester or two, but I do remember that working capital is determined by how the company manages their current assets and current liabilities so that they can keep their capital as liquid as possible. In terms of financial management, the amount of working capital would indicate the short-term status of the company and help them make short-term decisions and investments.
