hello
can i give used clothes to a charity organizatiion, but outside usa? and can i deduct the total value in the personal tax returns?
they will give me a receipt
or can i deduct this charity expenses (for clothes) in the corporate tax return?

Judy: You can deduct it only if they have an IRS 501(c)3 designation.
A deduction for that type of contribution would be personal not corporate.

Serge M: Yes if the organization is recognized as a qualified charitable organization by the IRS. But it is unlikely since it is foreign. The IRS can tell you. It does not matter whether you or a corporation makes the donation.
