Do I have to file a corporate tax return?
Hi. I incorporated a new business in Ontario early November of this year. I'd like to know whether I have to file a corporate income tax return for this year? The fiscal year ends Dec 31. Thanks for your help.

Barb G: Yes. Once you incorporate you MUST file your taxes annually.
The lawyer who helped you incorporate should have told you the requirements. If you didn't use a lawyer, you should make an appointment to see one immediately.
The penalties for not filing your corporate taxes on time are HUGE.
