Is there a public forum where I can pose a 401k question to an accountant?
Am interested in whether an employer has the discretion to offer different 401k matches to different employees.

Doctor Deth:  my company does that - it's segregated by job classifications of employees - not specific individuals based on who they are or if the boss doesn't like them - that would be discrimination, punishable by death
