Tetsu Inoue:  Saying we should legalize marijuana for the tax revenue is a cop-out. We should legalize marijuana because this is supposed to be a free society. I condemn the notion that we should only be allowed to do things that bring some benefit to the state. 42% of Americans have smoked marijuana in their lifetime. If the law worked, 42% of Americans would have criminal records.
